4.2 We Do Not Sell or Share Mobile Information for Third-Party Marketing

No mobile information (including your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.We do not sell, rent, or license your mobile phone number. Any sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy expressly excludes sharing mobile information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

4.3 SMS Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted service providers to deliver SMS messages on our behalf (such as Quo / OpenPhone and, for marketing SMS, Klaviyo). These providers may process your mobile number only as necessary to deliver messages for Lution. They are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

4.4 Consent Record-Keeping

When you opt in to SMS, we record the date and time of your consent, the IP address from which you provided it, and the consent language you were shown. We retain this information as a record of your consent for as long as required by applicable law (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and to process opt-out requests.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Lution, or by emailing hello@lutionlabs.com. After opting out, we retain the minimum information necessary to honor your opt-out request and to maintain suppression records.

4.6 Message Rates

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages you receive. Lution does not charge for SMS, but your wireless carrier may charge standard messaging or data rates under your plan.

We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our business, provide our services, and communicate with you. These service providers may include email marketing platforms, analytics services, customer relationship management systems, and other business tools.
